Registration for Companions
If you have accompanying persons, you are encouraged to register them as companions.
Registration will open on April 19, 2010.
Registration Fees
- Companion (adult) 15,000 JPY
- Companion (minor) to be asked
Included in Registration
- Welcome reception (Sep. 12)
- Outing (Sep. 15)
- Banquet (Sep. 16)
- Lunch service (Sep. 13 to 16)
Additional Events (Not Included in Registration)
- Conference tour to KEK (Tsukuba) or J-PARC (Tokai) (Sep. 17)
- Companion programs (T.B.D)
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be provided in writing to linac10@j-parc.jp. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after August 9, 2010. This policy also applies to extra tickets for excursions and social functions.
