- An exhibitor package 150,000 JPY
- At least one registration for an exhibition delegate 69,000 JPY (Aug. 8 or before) or 79,000 JPY (Aug. 9 or later)
NOTE: All exhibitors must be registered as an exhibition delegate (registration fee is not included in your exhibitor package).
Included in the Package
- One 1.8 m x 1.8 m booth with a table, two chairs, a full back panel, and side panels
- Wireless internet access at the booth
- Electrical connection for the booth (AC 100V, 1000W)
- Recognition on the conference website
Options (Not Included in the Package)
- An additional half booth space (0.9 m x 1.8 m) 75,000 JPY
- An additional full booth space (1.8 m x 1.8 m) 150,000 JPY
- Optional exhibition furniture and equipments are available on demand

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be provided in writing to linac10@j-parc.jp. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after August 8, 2010. This policy also applies to extra tickets for excursions and social functions.
