Guideline for Poster Presentation
Your poster will share three poster boards (0.9 m in width and 2 m in height) with another individual poster, separated at the center, as shown below. This configuration allows the poster size to be A0, ANSI E or Arch E size (in either portrait or landscape orientation).
We recommend you to avoid using the bottom 0.5 m of the poster board.
Then, the maximum size for your poster would be 1.35 m in width and 1.5 m in height.
The same poster size is assumed for the Student Poster session on Sunday, September 12.
We have two poster halls. One is Room 201 on the second floor, and the other is Room 101+102 on the first floor.
Poster halls will be ready at 11:00. Posters should be mounted no later than 12:30 and should be taken down at the end of each session. Any posters not removed by 18:30 will be removed by staff and discarded.
Authors are reminded that no contribution is accepted for publication only. Any paper that is not presented at the conference will be excluded from the proceedings. The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to refuse papers for publication that have not been properly presented or staffed in the poster sessions. Manuscripts of contributions to the proceedings (or enlargements of them) are not considered to be posters, and papers represented in this way will not be accepted for publication.
Shippment of your poster in advance
You can ship your poster to your hotel in advance by FedEx or other express mail services instead of carrying it with you in the plane. If your ship your poster in advance, please send it to your hotel with your name and check-in date included in the recipient's name. Then, you will receive your poster on check-in. (We here assume that you will stay one of our conference hotels.)
