Student Financial Support

Financial support will be available to a select number of students to offset the cost of the conference registration fee and accommodation at one of the conference hotels. Students will be expected to assist with tasks supporting the speakers and delegates during the conference sessions.

In order to be considered for support, students must register for and participate in the Special Poster Session for Students on Sunday, September 12th. They must arrive in Tsukuba on Sunday morning, so that they can attend a compulsory orientation and training session on Sunday afternoon.

Candidates need to have an invitation to attend the conference and a JACoW profile and accompanying account so that they can apply using the registration form on the LINAC10 SPMS Web site. If you have not received a formal invitation to attend the conference, please contact a member of the LINAC10 International Organizing Committee.

To be considered for financial support, you must answer the questions at the foot of the registration form. In addition, a recommendation letter from your supervisor or group leader must be sent to linac10@j-parc.jp by June 15, 2010.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be provided in writing to linac10@j-parc.jp. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after August 8, 2010. This policy also applies to extra tickets for excursions and social functions.
